Health and vitals data you manually enter into the App (e.g., heart rate readings, health logs, timestamps).

Information Collected Automatically:

App usage analytics via Firebase Analytics.
Device information (iOS version, model) for troubleshooting.
Crash reports via Firebase.

Provide and maintain your personal health dashboard.
Sync your health data securely via Firebase and Supabase.
Authenticate identity via Google/Apple.
Improve features using aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

Your data is stored using Firebase and Supabase — industry-leading platforms with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We take technical measures to protect against unauthorised access.

We retain data as long as your account is active. Upon request for deletion, data is removed within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
