Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information TinyVitals collects, how it is used, and the strict choices you have regarding your child's data in compliance with Apple’s App Store Guidelines.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly:

Account Information: Name and email address when you register or sign in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
Child Developmental Data: Data you manually enter, including child profiles (name, date of birth, blood group), growth metrics (height, weight, head circumference), symptom logs, and developmental milestones.
Medical Records: PDF files, images, and documents you explicitly upload to the secure Medical Records vault, as well as vaccination logs.

Information Collected Automatically:

Device information (iOS version, device model) and basic crash reports for troubleshooting and app stability (via Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly to provide the core functionality of the application to you:

To maintain your personal dashboard, track growth charts, and monitor vaccine schedules.
To securely sync and back up your medical records via Supabase.
To authenticate your identity securely.

3. Zero Data Brokering (No Tracking)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third parties. TinyVitals does not track you across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. We strictly process data to improve your experience within our app.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase and Firebase — industry-leading platforms utilizing strong encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect sensitive medical documents and pediatric metrics against unauthorized access.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may delete your child profiles, individual medical records, or entirely delete your TinyVitals account directly from within the App (navigate to the Parent Profile > Delete Account). Upon account deletion, all associated health data, profiles, and uploaded files are permanently purged from our active databases.
