1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TinyVitals, you confirm that you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Strict Medical Disclaimer (Not a Medical Device)

TinyVitals is an informational tracking tool and is NOT a medical device. The information provided by the App, including growth charts, symptom timelines, and milestone indicators, is strictly for organizational and informational purposes. It is absolutely not intended to provide medical advice, establish a diagnosis, or prescribe treatment. Always seek the direct guidance of a qualified healthcare provider or pediatrician for medical conditions or emergencies.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are explicitly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (via Apple or Google Sign-In) and any medical data you choose to upload.
You must provide accurate information when tracking your child's data to ensure the application's graphing outputs function as expected.

4. Acceptable Use and User Content

You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, attempt to breach the secure medical vault, or use the application to host fraudulent or illegal content. You retain full ownership of all medical files and photos you upload to TinyVitals; however, you grant us the strictly necessary permissions required to securely host and display this data back to you through our database infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All core software design, algorithms, bespoke icons, and app layouts are the intellectual property of the TinyVitals team and SRM Institute of Science and Technology. You may not distribute or replicate the application without explicit consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
